FACE OFF

So, I was going through old pictures today. I found this one from college and decided to do a face off.

September 2002 to March 2014

Just a little bit of a difference I would say :) About 95 pounds worth. Another 70ish to go!

Who I am

Hi! My name is Crystal and I am fat and fighting it. For sure! I have been on this journey for a few years. My whole life if you count the roller coaster. I am currently down 127 pounds from my highest point. That is not to say that it has been a streamlined process...because it hasn't. Those 100+ pounds have come and gone multiple times over the years. I have support. I have motivation. I am finally at the point where I have maintained my weight for over a year. I made a commitment and I have been successful.

Anyone that knows me can tell you that I am competent, determined and driven. I will do anything I have to in order to accomplish my goals. My obesity (I hate that word) is the one challenge in my life that took me YEARS to conquer. I had to make that choice for myself.

Well...that's kind of the point of this site. I realize that I am not the only one. There is definitely power in numbers. So...join me on my journey to wellness. Let's accomplish our goals together!
